We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. Purpose of processing

The personal data you provide through the contact form is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a no-obligation quote, and arrange a free consultation.

3. Scope of data processed

We process the data you voluntarily provide in the form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and the content of your message.

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from prospective clients.

5. Data retention period

We retain personal data for no longer than 12 months from the last mutual communication, unless a specific law requires otherwise, or until you request earlier erasure.

6. Recipients of personal data

Your data may be technically processed through providers we use to run the website: Vercel Inc. (hosting and technical operation of the site) and Resend (delivery of emails from the contact form). These providers act as processors within the meaning of GDPR and are bound by contractual data protection obligations.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Some of the providers listed above may process data outside the European Union, particularly in the USA. In such cases, they provide appropriate data protection safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Cookies and analytics tools

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure basic site traffic. This tool does not use cookies and does not process data that could identify a specific individual.

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, request its erasure, restrict its processing, and object to processing. 10. Google Analytics

If you give consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) for more detailed website traffic analysis. This tool uses cookies and may transfer data outside the European Union, particularly to the USA, based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings in the footer.
